AIM AND OBJECTIVES
The main aim is to offer Youth workers and Leaders a training course for exploring, developing and training effective team-work skills.
The participants will be exploring the topic of team work through indoor and outdoor activities, such as workshops, sports, adventure etc.

Participants objectives:
Through experiential learning participants will gradually conquer:
- team-work and communicational skills,
- basics of effective team work and what is important for that,
- decision making techniques,
- how to implement team work in youth organizations,
- how to equip young people with team work and communication skills,
- other basic social skills,
- courage and willingness to make international teams for international projects.

Through training course participants will have several opportunities to test the skills in small and safe projects, such as: international outdoor team cooking, team rafting on a beautiful and very interesting river Krka and other outdoor activities etc. Some of the projects will also include local people.
All this with lots of fun, which is one of the most important parts of team-work!

Project objectives:
- To establish a platform for experience exchange between participants,
- Stimulating long term expanding of team work mentality within youth organizations, youth workers and youth,
- To provide opportunity for the participants to discover other cultures and backgrounds.
- To promote the Youth in Action Program to the youth workers and others in order to encourage them to create projects within Youth Program. We think that through these international projects they can acquire very important skills for example teamwork,
leadership, organization and management skills and also the ability to show initiative in challenging circumstances.
- To provide an international experience,
-To train in project management,
-To provide general information about the YOUTH IN ACTION programme,
-To share previous experiences in the YOUTH field.
-To encourage the participants creating new projects within YOUTH IN ACTION program.
- To develop new partnerships for future projects in the YOUTH field.

18+ Years old (youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, social and project managers…)
